The entire return process – including shipping, quality control and reprocessing – costs us around €28 per order. A liquid detergent would also be best, because if you use a powder detergent there is a risk that powder will get stuck between the fibers. There are often a few gentle, organic detergents available in drugstores. Another important note: close all buttons and straps before washing.
